Yoga Classes
Our talented yoga teachers offer a variety of classes for all students including aerial yoga, meditation, somatic yoga and yoga nidra. Stretch, Strengthen. Soothe your mind.
Assisted Stretching
Our yoga therapist will meet you at your current level of flexibility and guide each movement with care and precision. Each stretch is held with intention to encourage deep release, support neuromuscular re-education, and help you move with greater ease and confidence.
Sound Baths
Sink into the Theta brainwaves with the vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, flutes, and chimes while relaxing in our zero gravity chairs and enjoying the respiratory benefits of halo therapy.
